ENDO Arrives!
Small but perfectly formed, that was the Arc show this year. We were in the same space as last year in the centre of things and with the stand rightly dominated by the fantastic new Endo LEDZ range. The vast selection was represented by a number of products from the extensive selection of downlights, some ot the exterior spotlights and an interesting LED pendant. The whole range (which is huge - more than two thousand products) is designed around six different LED module sizes, containing three to thirtysix Luxeon Rebel LEDs. All of these fittings are constructed so that the modules are replaceable which means that the fitting will last longer than the LEDs themselves or can be upgraded as Led technology advances.
One of the keys to the effectiveness of these products is the special optical configuration to the LED modules -unique to Endo and designed in their own labs. These have been matched carefully to the number of LEDs in the array and designed to compare to conventional lumiaire performance of a given size, be it tungsten halogen, compact fluorescent, or even fittings using the smaller metal halide lamps. Some of the energy & life cost savings are amazing - the new LEDZ catalogue has some good examples.

Of course we showed other Crescent products as well, the CLI integral linear system in it's RGB guise, the LED fibre optic projector demonstrating tuneable white light (2700K - 7500K) and new LED lamp oduef or the Agabekov 'B' Light range.
